Your account and collection

Supabase stores account authentication, profiles, collections, decks and scan records. Your collection belongs to your account. Profile and deck visibility controls determine what is public; review these before sharing.

Binder photos

Uploaded photos are stored for scan review and sent to Google’s Gemini vision service to identify cards. Photograph the cards only and avoid personal information in the background. Scans can be wrong: review the proposed cards before committing them to your collection.

Payments and alerts

Stripe processes Supporter payments. We keep the customer and subscription references needed to show subscription status. Alert delivery uses the email address on your account; you can manage alerts and unsubscribe from alert emails.

Usage measurements

The site records page categories, referrer domains and coarse device/country information. It does not store your search terms or account ID in page-view records. Where configured, a salted daily hash of the connection address estimates daily visitors; the raw address is not stored in those records. Authentication uses cookies to keep you signed in.

Export and deletion

You can export your collection and request account deletion in Settings. Deletion cancels associated active subscriptions, removes your account data and stored scan/avatar files, and removes your comment text while preserving other people’s replies. Stripe payment records and published article bylines may remain.
