Four Leaders are doing most of the work right now. Across the last 60 days of tournament results we have on file, 302 decks, the top four account for 53% of everything played.
The field, last 60 days
- OP16-022 Monkey.D.Luffy (Green and Blue), 47 decks, 15.6%
- OP15-058 Enel (Purple), 40 decks, 13.2%
- OP12-061 Donquixote Rosinante (Purple and Yellow), 37 decks, 12.3%
- OP16-080 Marshall.D.Teach (Black and Yellow), 36 decks, 11.9%
- OP11-041 Nami (Blue and Yellow), 32 decks, 10.6%
- OP16-079 Yamato (Black), 12 decks, 4.0%
- OP16-001 Portgas.D.Ace (Red), 9 decks, 3.0%
- OP14-020 Dracule Mihawk (Green), 8 decks, 2.6%
The drop from fourth to fifth is 1.3 points, which is close enough that Nami belongs in the same conversation as the top four rather than below them.
We count Leaders, not deck names
The same deck gets written down differently depending on who is typing. One result sheet says "Purple Enel", the next says "P Enel". Count the labels and you split one deck into two, and the format looks flatter and more diverse than it really is.
So every share figure here is aggregated on the Leader card number, which does not change. We keep the archetype label for filtering and for display, but it is never the thing being counted.
Read this as a sample, not a census
This is the coverage we have, and it leans toward the events that get reported. Plenty of locals never get written up anywhere. It is a big sample with a known lean, so treat it that way rather than as the last word on what is good.
Every number above came out of our own database when this went up.
